Unfortunate experience where the dress did not arrive on the date that it was requested and hence missed the event. This was neither the renter nor the lenders fault. Emily requested that designerex get involved, designerex was able to refund me after a request was made and the postage was also split which was really good. Happy that it all got sorted out but was a bad experience for my first experience.
