At Designerex, our goal is to ensure every renter receives their garment safely, on time, and with minimal effort. Delivery methods vary depending on the lender’s location and their preferred method of shipping. All shipments are securely managed through our platform and tracked.
A delivery method that is sometimes preferred by Lenders for bookings placed in advance with comfortable timeframes.
A faster option for Lenders, when renters need their garment sooner. Preferred by Lenders for most bookings where postal delivery is still feasible.
For urgent, same-day bookings, some Lenders offer a 2-hour Uber delivery service.
Some Lenders allow you to pick up and return garments in person.

All Designerex deliveries are insured. Please inspect garments immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours. Claims submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.
