Very prompt with delivery and was very responsive in the beginning of the transaction. When I received the shorts, there was a green stain on the front and a pink stain on the back and were unwearable. My event was cancelled due to global virus however if it wasn’t cancelled, I wouldn’t not have been able to wear these shorts. Once I had let her know about the condition, she replied straight away with an apology and said she will offer a refund. Once I sent the shorts back The same day I received them (mind you; there was no return express post bag so I had to pay for one myslef) I did not get a reply from her for after 6 messages of contact. I still don’t have a reply or a solution.
