I think it’s resllt hard to deal with the lenders and I feel like you don’t get much support from the site team. My lender sent out my dress late and I didn’t get to wear it for my event and had to find something last minute which was what I was avoiding. The lender gave me wrong consignment numbers and left me to fend for my self in order to track the dress which was a real night mare. And now I have to wait god knows how long to get a refund back into my account. So overall I had a shocking experience :( I hate leaving bad reviews but I think when using this site no matter how much you plan you can still get screwed around last minute. My lender was extremely hard to deal with messages back and forth wasting time getting no where and on the site all it says is to liaise with your lender. So I got little support during my experience which is really sad. I needed my dress on a Friday and I received it on the following Tuesday. It’s been over a week and I haven’t even received my refund back into my account. It’s poor management from all ends of the site :( hopefully they can put something in place to monitor the lenders communication with the customer and look over accounts so people get there outfits on time :(
