    Really disappointing first hiring experience, the dress was damaged from dry cleaning, all the tassels have fallen out making the dress look extreamily disheveled, with such a short turn around I had nothing else to wear.

    One of the worst experiences I’ve had renting a dress unfortunately. Lender was difficult to communicate with, and Designerex customer service was not any better. Lender failed to provide a return satchel as she wasn’t aware one needed be included. The headache this caused was not worth even the hire of the dress! Will not be using Designerex ever again!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

    Such a fun dress! I wore it for a wedding & felt so glam. Fitted perfectly. Had an issue with Australia Post so would recommend hiring for a few extra days if suitable for Kya.

    I rented Kya's dress and paid $140 to do so. It was accepted by Kya, but she never sent the dress, nor responded to my messages trying to enquire about what happened. I am yet to receive my money back.
