Local pick up is available in Stafford QLD • Postage is available at an additional fee of $10. The borrower is responsible for sending the garments back at their own expense. • Posted hires must be sent back express before 3pm cut off time the following business day, or 3pm Monday for weekend hires. • When posting a dress back a photo of the lodgement receipt/parcel must be sent on Instagram as proof of postage. If you fail to do so you may be liable for late fees or the full recommended retail price if the garment goes missing. • If the garment isn’t received by the following Thursday the customer could be charged late fees plus the cost of the following weekends hire. This will be decided by On Wednesdays We Hire. • All garments are to be posted back through Australia Post express shipping. • On Wednesdays We Hire is not liable for any delays caused by Australia Post. This is the fault of a third party, not On Wednesdays We Hire. • In the unlikely circumstance of late or lost delivery, we can issue a store credit but have a strict no refund policy. • Postage is only available within Australia.
