Beautiful black cut out dress. The cut outs are around the waist but are not super noticeable due to the ruffles. Could wear a lacy black bra if you don’t want to go bra less. This is what I did when I wore it. It’s a midi length depending how tall you are so you can see your high heels. Strappy heels look nice with it.
