The cut out is elastic and can be shifted to be large or small depending on where you want it to sit. Slit up the side is super flattering and not too high so you can dance and sit easily. The dress is really high quality material and the pleated detail around the waist makes it super flattering. Worn once for a wedding. I am happy to clean or if you like please only cold hand wash and hang up to dry in the shade.
