The dress would comfortably fit a size 6 - 10 as it is stretchy fabric and there is no zipper. The original dress is extremely long so it has been shortened a tad. The dress still touches the floor. The part of the dress that wraps around the neck was also extremely long (trail that brushes along the floor when you walk), so this trail has been shortened so that when you tie the dress around your neck it does not touch the floor.
