Sellers communication was excellent, dress was delivered ahead of schedule & was in perfect condition, however it did not suit me & even though I express posted it back within 90 mins of receiving it, I was not offered a refund. I can’t imagine many people would be happy with paying for something they did not use. 1 would have rather donated that $100 to charity. If glam corner can offer refunds in the same circumstances, why can’t designerex ?
