This was the most outrageous transaction I have ever gone through. Do NOT rent from this woman: she did not own the dress that she advertised was for rent until she manipulated another woman into selling the dress to her once I submitted a request to rent. She was only able to buy the dress once she stole my identity and pretended to me during her conversation with the original owner. After all the anxiety and stress I had to go through to file a police report and try to negotiate with both her and original owner about the situation, she still manipulated her way through the situation and has left with almost no repercussions. She is completely unethical and cares only about making money, and completely ruined my 21st birthday. I am now getting ready to dry clean the dress for her even after she never cleaned it for me (nor had she ever even seen the dress before she rented it to me) and after everything else she's put me through these last couple of weeks. I am only dry cleaning because she has already threatened me with extra charges or making me pay for the dress outright, and I am way too exhausted to defend myself anymore. Please do yourselves a favour and save yourself the tears and anxiety.
