Fully lined, it has been designed for a close fit and has a slightly flared hemline. From me: This dress is absolutely beautiful to wear, the layer underneath means you don't have to wear a bra which is a great bonus! I am a pretty typical 10 and this dress fit perfectly. Very flattering and easy to move in.
