Very disappointing. It is upsetting when you place trust in other people to hire and care for your items, and they are returned damaged without any comment or offer if payment. I had to contact Hana as I had holes in the bottom of my dress, to which she apologised and has since gone silent. I’ve now missed hires and had to pay to get the dress mended myself. Very upsetting experience.
