The worst renter ever! First, she had not read the sizing chart properly and asked me for a refund when the dress size was advertised as S and she was after an XS. Then, she would not return the dress nor communicate regarding the return. The dress was finally returned to me three days late. The renter is still yet to compensate late fees. She has ruined another girl's event due to the delay of returning dress. Strongly recommend lenders not to engage with Cigdem if you wish to have your item back in time.
